WILLIAM KOELZER has logged over 30 years of marketing and promotional consulting for dozens of major firms including: Technicolor, AMF Voit, Armor All, Dos Equis Beer, Aqualung, Weldwood Glue and Great Earth Vitamin Stores.Bill is co-author with Dr. Barbara Cox, of the Prentice Hall book, Internet Marketing in Real Estate, a 256-page "how to" book for Realtors released in April 2000. He also co-authored Web Marketing for the Real Estate Professional, which was released in June 2000. This is a Realtor continuing education course book. He is currently co-writing a major new training book for Prentice Hall, Internet Marketing in Business, due out in summer 2001.He is a regular columnist for Agent News and RealEstateABC.com, and creator of his RealtorĀ®-wife's nationally recognized 170-page web site. When not writing, he provides marketing consulting services for large national online firms including Budget Blinds, Inc. and eFront Media, Inc. Bill Koelzer was also Senior Editor of The Marketing Problem Solver, a 1000-page marketing techniques book published nationally in 1976 by Chilton Book Company. Previously, he was Senior Vice president of Orange County, California's largest full-service advertising agency, where he founded and managed that firm's Sales Promotion & Public Relations Division. Bill hangs his hat in San Clemente, California.
