Listen to Briefing from 08/05/05 & Receive Handout

Bruce Fealk's focus is helping professionals implement technology that makes the Internet an interactive medium that comes as close as possible to a face-to-face encounter. He is the president of Customer Grabbers, a marketing consulting company that helps companies and independent business owners find creative ways to market their products and services. He was recognized by Crain's Detroit Business in 1991 as one of the top 40 entrepreneurs in the metropolitan Detroit business community.

Bruce was previously the owner of HI-TECH Reporting services, a court reporting firm based in Southfield, Michigan. In that capacity he took an interest in the Internet and how business owners could grow their businesses using this new medium.

Since leaving the court reporting profession, he has been continually implementing cutting-edge marketing tools that have a wow factor and are cost effective for businesses of all sizes. Bruce helped the Pentagon bring video technology to the country's service men and women overseas by setting up video-email facilities at over 60 bases in the United States.
