Chris Newell is a high tech agent with RE/MAX Blue Springs in Milton, Ontario. He is an on-the-firing-lines producer, having been involved in the sale of over 400 homes. Chris is a strong believer in and user of technology who created his first web site in 1994. He has been a featured speaker and panelist at many conventions and meetings, including the National Association of REALTORS® annual convention. Chris has been called upon to review and critique technology courses in the development stage including the NAR e-Pro course and the Society's "Selling in CyberSpace" RECS designation course. Chris has appeared on a number of radio shows to discuss his success using technology in real estate. He has also been featured by the Washington Post, New York Times and several other major newspapers looking for a Canadian technology perspective. His columns are carried widely, and he serves as the editor of the Canadian edition of the RealtyTimes newsletter. Chris is also a frequent participant on several online tech discussion groups, where he is a generous contributor.When not selling real estate with the latest technology tools, Chris enjoys his two children, reading, scuba diving and walking the special Ontario trails.
