Emmitt De Moss Jr., is the founder and a principal of REALBID. He has over 30 years of experience in both investment banking and real estate. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Grubb & Ellis, one of the nation's largest real estate brokerage and property management firms. Mr. De Moss' investment banking experience includes positions as an officer in the corporate finance departments of Hambrecht & Quist, Dean Witter & Co. and J. Barth & Co. He is a graduate of Princeton University and the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Bob Potter is a co-founder and principal of REALBID. He has 15 years experience in the international and public finance capital markets. He served as Vice President, Pacific Rim Country Manager and Western Regional Manager for MBIA, the largest of the monoline credit enhancement companies providing AAA backing to over $40 billion of debt annually. Mr. Potter was an investment banker with Dean Witter and structured single and multi-family housing debt issues totaling over $400 million. He is a graduate of Santa Clara University and the University of California, Berkeley Graduate School of Business.
