Ernie Brescia began his work with the CENTURY 21® corporate team as the Director of Learning Development in 2000. His team of highly skilled instructional technology specialists has developed numerous courses for delivery via the Internet, and offered though the CENTURY 21 Learning System® (CLSTM). During his tenure as Director, his team introduced such programs as CREATE 21®, their award-winning agent fundamentals program, online versions of nationally recognized classes such as CRS 200 and Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and dozens more.

Ernie followed his successes in that position with a promotion to Vice President of Organizational Learning & Chief Learning Officer. In this role, he oversees all of the development and delivery of learning programs for CENTURY 21, as well as setting the strategic direction for the department.

A 17 year veteran of the field of training and development, Ernie has held a variety of positions with several prestigious companies. Immediately prior to joining CENTURY 21, he was the National Director of Training for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Prior to that Ernie held positions at Chase Manhattan Bank, the American Stock Exchange and Republic National Bank of New York.
