Gary Nusca, CCIM has been in the real estate business since 1972. He has owned real estate, managed real estate on his own account and has managed real estate brokerage offices where he has been involved in over 1,000 transactions. He is past president of the Central Canada CCIM Chapter and past chairman of the 1999 CCIM International Commercial Real Estate Conference. He is presently the membership chairman of the Central Canada CCIM Chapter.For ten years, Gary has specialized in helping real estate brokers and salespeople make money using computers, information technology and the Internet in the commercial real estate business. Today his company enjoys delivering over one hundred listings per day to several hundred members, who are currently reporting one to two transactions per day. Although the thrust of Gary's business is toward commercial real estate, he has much knowledge to share for real estate practitioners from all specialties.Gary Nusca delivers his services and also resides in Toronto.
