Ken Deshaies has been in real estate for over 12 years and opened his own brokerage, SnowHome Properties, a year ago. The brokerage operates as a "true team"-that is, every commission earned is evenly split (after overhead and expenses) among all sales agents. He and his wife Mary are the only Certified EcoBrokers in Summit County, Colorado. Ken was the 2003 President of the Summit Association of REALTORS® and serves on the State Grievance Committee. In 2002, he was named CyberStar of the Year. Ken also serves on the boards of the Summit Chamber of Commerce, Summit Public Radio and the Rocky Mountain Resort Alliance.

Ken is the author of a book for homebuyers titled How to Make Your Realtor Get You the Best Deal and one for home sellers titled Get the Best Deal When Selling Your Home. He has created a network of REALTORS® around the country who are co-authoring these books with him for their markets.
