Louis Cohen is a REALTOR® member of the Melbourne Area Association of REALTORS® and President of BEACH REALTY OF BREVARD in Indian Harbour Beach, Florida. He has been honored with the "Four Million Dollar Closed Sales Award" in multi-years.Louis is the writer and narrator of the Brevard Real Estate Report, which is broadcast weekly by WTAI radio in Melbourne. Licensed by the Department of Banking and Finance, Louis has been honored repeatedly for excellence. He received the CWI, an award designated for Credit Professionals. Louis has served his area Association of REALTORS® as a Director of the Multiple Listing Service®, and as Secretary of the MLS. He also teaches Mortgage Broker & Real Estate Broker classes. Louis has generously shared his Cyberspace knowledge with fellow Realtors and has built one of the largest databases of Real Estate professionals' e-mail addresses, which he shares freely.A graduate of Hofstra University, Louis majored in banking, finance and investment.
