Whether hard floor meetings or conference calls, here's an easy and very efficient way to round up the troops and get your meetings scheduled - without going coo coo. And it's easy to use. Just go to the site and set up a couple of days and a few times for your meeting. Then send your participants a quick e-mail with a link to the site.

When they arrive they simply check of the dates and all of the times that work for them. A while later go back to the site and - Shazam - simply look down the columns and pick the day and time when everyone (or almost everyone) can make it.
