Step 4: Onboarding

Once you’ve completed sign-up, we’ll send you a welcome pack containing installation instructions, guided communications for your workforce, and access to our support hub. Our support team are also on hand to answer any questions you may have.

Step 5: What users can expect

Employees will receive a welcome message in Microsoft Teams from Republic inviting them to start the onboarding process. Over the course of 6 weeks they’ll receive a number of questions designed to gauge their current risk (approx 4 questions per week), after which they’ll start to receive tailored awareness content.

Admins will receive access to the Republic Dashboard after the first 6 weeks where they can access regular organisation-level reports and monitor risk scores across the user base.
